Shipping Policy

Freight:

Our Products are shipped from a combination of third-party warehouses and our business partners throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Our freight prices are calculated at checkout. If something doesn't seem right, please screenshot it and contact us - errors do occur at times.

Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday normally ship the same day and should arrive in 1-5 working days if stock is available in NZ. Delivery can be up to 6 weeks if stock is from Australian based supplier warehouse.

If you are unsure whether the stock is in NZ or Australia, make sure you contact us and ask before placing an order.

All orders will be supplied with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses.

IMPORTANT: RURAL DELIVERY (NORTH / SOUTH ISLAND): please add at least an extra 3 Working Days to the target to allow for Rural Handover and processing

REST OF THE WORLD: Freight times can vary (allowing for Customs and Import Processing). If you are outside of New Zealand do not purchase from this website unless you have discussed with us first.

Please note that the above delivery times are targets, given by our freight companies. Once the parcel is collected by a courier driver, the processing and delivery times are out of our hands.

If you purchase a product and for some reason it is not available in NZ, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery.

NON-ESSENTIAL GOODS

We are legally not allowed to authorise delivery of non-essential items. You can still order product and once L3 is activated we can authorise delivery, however, consider courier delays.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - SHIPPING UPDATE

Our shipping will be delayed during the Public Holiday periods.
