Warranty Information
Please read through our warranty information. If you require any further information or wish to clarify any points, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to assist you where possible.
Warranties:
CRUZ Products: All CRUZ products carry a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty applies to 1st owner of the product. A receipt showing proof & date of purchase will be required.
Other products: All other products and brands on this website carry the same Warranty that can be found on the brands NZ website.
Customers are required to report to us any defective product within 7 days from date of receipt.
Customers are required to ship the product back for any claims of warranty (at customer’s cost).
We will inspect all returned products and in the unusual case of a defective product, we will approve the warranty claim. If the product is found to be defective due to improper installation by an untrained person or misuse and abuse, the warranty will be declined.
The buyer shall ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for the purpose for which they are required and needing them for and the seller accepts no liability if they are not. We are willing to answer any questions you may have before you purchase.
The seller shall not be liable for consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of profits under any circumstances.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification, adjustment after install, failure to follow important safety directions, or any attempt to repair the product.
If there is any dispute, we will handle the situation fairly. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
