Two configurations – one quick release kit made to attach to our Strong Boy Roof Bars, one for our Mighty Smart Roof Rack / Mighty Long Roof Rack.
Perfect match for our Inbetweener Roof Platform. The Strong Boy Bars awning bracket attaches to the M8 thread on top of the bars, while comfortably clearing the Inbetweener Platform. So you can run two Inbetweener platforms and an awning – all quick release.
This is a set of 2 x brackets. Usually 2 brackets are all that is required, but some awning manufacturers do recommend three attachment points, which will provide even more strength/security when running 3 bars or the Mighty Long Rack, especially with heavier side awnings.
Built from high-strength marine grade aluminium, with stainless steel fixings and tough black finish – the same as our Jimny roof racks.
Kits consist of a pair of awning brackets (attaching to the awning track) and reciprocal brackets that attach to the roof bars.
If you have the Mighty Smart/Mighty Long Rack and want the option of attaching your awning to both the roof bars and the roof tray configurations, we also have a full kit including both attachments.
Each awning bracket is compatible with M6 and M8 square head bolts – common to most pull-out side awning models.
